1920s Research Collage Project
This 1-2 day project guides 10th-grade students through creating a visual and written collage representing the complexities of the 1920s. It encourages research and synthesis of historical information, serving as an alternative to a traditional test.
“Help me create a 1920s research project for the end of the unit for the high School sophmores in an advnced level class, inbetween our CP and Honors course. The directions, or this mini project you will create a 1920s Collage that represents all the complexities that came with this decade of history. You will have to incorporate visual aspects as well and written words to convey your understanding. This will replace a traditional test for this unit, so make sure to do your research! I would like to add an over arching question that hits on the NJ standards for the 1920s as well for a writing component of the project as well as the visual aspect of the collage”
